The county council works first and foremost with medical health and dental care.
For those who have received their training in other countries than Sweden and who are applying for a licensed profession within medical health care, other rules may apply.
Before you apply for a position within Swedish medical health care please read about the terms that apply to you and your training at the national board of health and welfare (currently only in Swedish).
Would you like to do research or obtain practical experience/study as part of your basic medical health training please contact the Faculty of Health Sciences at Linköping University.
For information about pre-registration training/internship (AT), postgraduate/specialist training/residency (ST) or other positions with the Östergötland county council, please see the links listed in the left-hand menu.
