"Caries damages your child's teeth
Caries is a disease that begins with damage to the
surface of the tooth, and then gradually becomes
a cavity deeper in the tooth.
The simplest way to protect yourself against
caries is to brush your teeth with a toothpaste
containing fluoride. You should do this every day
- there is scientific evidence that this is effective.

Young children need help with brushing!
Help your small children to brush their teeth! It is
not until they reach school age that children
manage to brush their own teeth properly. Put a
small amount of fluoride toothpaste on a child's
toothbrush and brush your child's teeth carefully
every evening after the last meal. Do not rinse
away all the toothpaste with water afterwards. For
small children who cannot spit out the toothpaste,
you should use a small amount about the size of
the child's little finger nail..........."
