An ETS Educator program was held in Tokyo Japan September 8-11. The educator candidates have all been trained to Senior instructors at the ETS Competence centre in Linköping and had a long experience of using ETS in simulation exercises. After the initial day, for educator candidates only, they conducted the first Japanese Senior instructor course with 15 students. The educators was coached by staff from ETS Competence centre.
The educator program went very well and the ETS Educator faculty in Japan is planning to conduct two Senior instructor courses per year.
